Whether you are an experienced administrator or teacher or if you are new to the profession, CSISD offers a dynamic, diverse and supportive environment tailored to individual needs and optimal teaching and learning.
New Teacher University includes comprehensive, year-long support in small, experience-specific cohorts. In August, new teachers to CSISD will attend a two and a half day orientation with a focus on social-emotional learning, instruction and technology. The district also continues to provide support and just-in-time training for new employees throughout the year.
At the core of CSISD are the skills, knowledge, passion, and talent of our people. New Teacher University is the first step in ensuring that all of our new employees have the support they need so that their individual skills, knowledge, passion and talent shine each and every day for our students.
