Whether you are an experienced administrator or teacher or if you are new to the profession, CSISD offers a dynamic, diverse and supportive environment tailored to individual needs and optimal teaching and learning.
New Teacher University includes comprehensive, year-long support through the work of our campus leaders and teacher leaders. The mentor process for our zero year and one year of experience teachers is designed to meet the needs of our up-coming future stars of education! The district also continues to provide support and just-in-time training for new employees throughout the year.
At the core of CSISD are the skills, knowledge, passion, and talent of our people. New Teacher University is the first step in ensuring that all of our new employees have the support they need so that their individual skills, knowledge, passion and talent shine each and every day for our students.
